No samples and ridiculous answer from Customer Service

So I got my 5th order without samples and decided to finally write an email to a customer support about this issue. I was told to go to the shop and get samples there. Ooh ok Sephora, thank you very much for false promises on the website and "go `*treat* yourself" answer. I really liked you, but I feel like I'm not welcome here anymore.
