No samples and automated response

I got my first order made as a Rouge member and there were no samples. All 3 were missing! I contacted Sephora by e-mail and got an automated response saying they're going to " forwarding your feedback to the appropriate department within our organization and they will do their best to incorporate your feedback in our future endeavors."  


They used to at least respond with an apology and an offer to try to rectify the situation. I get that we're not always going to get the samples we requested because they run out, but to not get any is not cool.

I went to the store yesterday. I bought for 168$ and they said they had no more samples??!!! I wrote an email about it and got the same automated answer which does not ever talk about samples from the STORE !
