No samples... again

I see there have been other posts about this in the past... I didn’t get my free samples from Sephora again. The first 3-4 times it happened, I didn’t make a big deal of it because they’re “free.” But this time I didn’t get them and was super bummed because it seems happen more often than not. I actually just went back in my old emails of order confirmations and saw even more samples that weren’t delivered in the past that I never said anything about AND some offers I spent BeautyInsider points on that I never got. Really bummed out about this. I know they’re free, but why offer them if it’s not a sure thing?

Laurie, I tried replying via email earlier in the week but I don’t think it went through. I then tried replying via DM, but it’s not very intuitive to find DMs on Sephora or use the app. I was able to access your DM on my laptop, but it wouldn’t let me submit my response. Here it is: Thanks for getting back to me! I was missing the following: - Charlotte Tilbury lipstick sample from order #- Too Faced concealer sample from order #- Lancôme Advanced Genifique Youth Serum from order #- Sephora Collection Lipstories from order #- Beauty in Bloom Spring Delights Play Box from order #- Sephora clay mask samples from order #- I went back through the past few orders but nothing before about 6 months ago... it already felt like I went back too far but the point being I was definitely noticing a common theme!

I am very sorry about that and thank you for your reply! The order numbers have been removed for security purposes and I will send you a private message to help shortly. 

 

You should be able to access your private messages on the Sephora app by opening the Community, then click the bell icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Messages. Thank you!
