No samples...again

My past two orders have arrived with zero samples. I usually don't expect the ones I pick out anymore, but to have absolutely nothing? Such a disappointment. Anyone else? 

 

Does anyone know if Sephora is phasing samples out?

Hi @RoseofRaby I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't receive samples with your order. We do have to make substitutions for out of stock samples but you still should receive three. I will look into this for you and send you a PM with more information.
