I ordered from sephora.com yesterday and received my confirmation email. But when I went to check if it shipped not only does it say my order number is invalid but it also doesn't show any recent orders when I go to my account. I know yhe purchase went through because it's pending on my debit card and I received the confirmation. So how do I see my recent orders or track the purchase?

Please make sure you are fully logged into your online account. You may need to log out then log back in! Additionally, I see that your order is currently being processed and you'll be notified via email once it has been shipped. I can’t see my orders, and I stupidly purchased them without the discount code. I want to ask to have this order amended to include the discount code or I would like to cancel this order. Can someone contact me?

The same thing is showing for me, I ordered the 11th and got my confirmation email, but nothing under recent orders

This happened to me as well.. I just ordered multiple items on 4/7 and it says it will arrive by 4/15 on my email but no tracking number or no recent orders for days now. Today is 4/13.
