No more samples for online orders?

I've been missing samples in the orders I've placed going back to early 2023, I thought maybe what I selected was out of stock but my last 3 orders I haven't recieved any samples.

Is this a new policy? If so, why bother having it in the commerce flow?

I got no samples for two of the online orders I made recently also. 😞 I thought it was me forgetting to add them into basket but no I added them into the basket for both orders. This is disappointing.

Same here, 2 recent orders no samples received especially if it’s perfume. 😔

I did not receive any samples either. If they are out of the samples I wanted they will usually replace them, but I didn’t get any at all.
