No longer receiving Sephora Beauty Insider and VIB Rouge e-mails

Hello, I've not been receiving any sephora e-mails (unless it's related to an order).  I've added all the sephora e-mail addresses to my address book and I am subscribed to receive e-mails.  Has anyone else had this problem?
