No Sound in App?

Every time I play a product video on the Sephora app, I canโ€™t hear any sound. I have an iPhone and my ringer will be on, volume all the way up, but still canโ€™t hear anything. 

Does anyone have any solutions?

I have that exact same issue. Iโ€™ve tried everything from removing and reinstalling to messing with all my settings But nothing has worked. I even had to delete the app just to reply to your message on here because it wouldnโ€™t allow me to do it on the app. Love the products hate the app

@pigbananas I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. Please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
