No Sound in App?

Every time I play a product video on the Sephora app, I can’t hear any sound. I have an iPhone and my ringer will be on, volume all the way up, but still can’t hear anything. 

Does anyone have any solutions?

I have that exact same issue. I’ve tried everything from removing and reinstalling to messing with all my settings But nothing has worked. I even had to delete the app just to reply to your message on here because it wouldn’t allow me to do it on the app. Love the products hate the app

@pigbananas I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. Please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
