No Sample for online order

I understand that sometimes there’s substitute for sample but my online order this time has no sample at all. One of the thing I like about Sephora is they giving out the sample. What’s the point of picking out sample just to receive none. So bummed out ☹️

Same here! This has happened in the last few online orders I have received. The first time they sent a replacement sample, which was nice. Then I tried to email them several times for my most recent order and got ignored, and then they tried to say they could not send a replacement sample when they have done so in the past. The entire reason I use the online ordering is for the samples, and would at least appreciate a substitute if they run out of the samples I selected.

I have no gotten samples in my last 10+ orders. Really seems like a joke. I’ve started to buy from the brands and not Sephora so that I’m not promised something I don’t get.

Same thing happened to me on an order I received yesterday and one I received today! Such a shame as I often end up buying the products after trying the samples.

I just opened 2 of my orders today. None of them have any samples at all 😞 this has been a trend. I think if they don’t have the sample you choose, they can just maybe replace it with other ones they have, rather than not getting any at all. If that’s the case I could’ve just purchased in store. #samples
