No Sample for online order

I understand that sometimes there’s substitute for sample but my online order this time has no sample at all. One of the thing I like about Sephora is they giving out the sample. What’s the point of picking out sample just to receive none. So bummed out ☹️

Same thing today recieved the order, wanted to sample something new.. no samples. Will have to go to the store to test.

ohh  .. I was also disappointed not to have any samples in my online order that I received about 10 days ago. Bummed !

This has been happening to me as well! I thought it was just me. I haven’t had my samples for the past few orders..
