No Reward is returned

Hello:

  I bought 2 rare beauty blush brushes 2 weeks ago using my Sephora credit card rewards.

  The item did not work out well for me, and I returned the products 2 days after.

  The casher at the shop (Irvine, CA) told me the reward I used would be returned to my credit card account.

  However, it has been 1 week since I returned the item, my credit card reward balance is still not recovered.(around 50 USD)

  Could you help me to check my account?

@LuLu0688 The reward should be reissued within a billing cycle. I would recommend checking directly with Comenity for more information.
