New to Exchanges

Hello. I have never exchanged at Sephora. Would I be able to exchange new or lightly swatched products for products of different types or brands? All of my products would have the receipt and everything needed for good returns.

 

I ordered a bunch of pink lipsticks but they hurt my dermatitis-prone skin. Is there a limit for exchanges the way there is for returns?

 

Would they need to see my credit card for a partial refund? What if I used PayPal? Could I cover excess charges in exchanges with cash if I ordered with PayPal?

Hi @Anonymous,

You can return or exchange items within the store as long as it has been within 60 days and you have your receipt and original form of payment. If you purchased the item online using PayPal and you return in store, your refund will be in the form of a store merchandise credit that can only be used in store or you can exchange it for a different item.
