How do I know if I am eligible to redeem my Beauty Insider points for a discount?
If you have 350 points or more in your beauty bank, you are eligible to redeem them for a discount. Check to make sure you are signed up to receive emails from Sephora.
Are there any exclusions?
The offer is not valid on dyson or The Ordinary. Canadian clients cannot use this offer on MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam products and are limited to the purchase of five Morphe items per transaction. Not valid on in-store services, previous purchases, purchases of gift cards or eGift Cards, FLASH, PLAY! by SEPHORA, gift wrapping, packaging, taxes, or shipping and handling charges. No minimum purchase required. Sephora and JCPenney employees are not eligible for these offers. Sephora may modify or cancel offer at any time.
When can I redeem my 350+ points for the 5%, 10%, or 15% off offer? Once redeemed, when can I use my offer?
You can redeem your points starting Thursday, 12/26/19, through Monday, 12/30/19. Once the offer is redeemed, you can use your one-time 5%, 10%, or 15% off Thursday, 1/16/20, through Sunday, 1/26/20, in Sephora US stores, Sephora Canada stores, Sephora inside JCPenney stores, or on sephora.com and sephora.ca.
What about Sephora inside JCPenney?
This offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores. This offer is not valid on jcp.com.
Once I redeem this reward, when and how will I receive my 5%, 10%, or 15% off?
You’ll hear from Sephora via email on 1/16/20.
Can I redeem points for the 5%, 10%, or 15% off more than once?
From 12/26 through 12/30, you can only redeem points for a 5%, 10%, or 15% off offer once per Beauty Insider account. You cannot change your reward selection once you redeem points for a reward.
I redeemed my 350+ points for 5%, 10%, or 15% off—when will my points be deducted from my account?
You can expect your points to be deducted from your Beauty Insider account on 1/9/20.
What if I want to return items I bought with this discount?
Return of discounted merchandise will be for the price paid. Sephora is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen offer materials or barcodes. Offer has no cash value and may not be altered, sold, bartered, or transferred. Points allocated toward this offer cannot be refunded to your Beauty Insider account if you return merchandise purchased with the discount.
If I don’t use my discount, can the Beauty Insider points I redeemed for be refunded to my account?
Points allocated towards this offer cannot be refunded to your Beauty Insider account if you do not make a purchase during the offer period.
Can I combine the 5%/10%/15% off with other offers?
The 5%, 10%, or 15% off cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or rewards (for example, Rouge Rewards, Credit Card Rewards, or Credit Card first purchase discount). To use the 5%, 10%, or 15% off offer instead of your Credit Card first purchase discount, just enter the promo code provided in your 5%, 10%, or 15% off email at checkout. Your Credit Card first purchase discount will still be eligible on your account for you to apply to a purchase for up to 30 days from the approval date of your Sephora Credit Card or Sephora Visa Credit Card.
If I qualify and/or receive this 5%, 10%, or 15% off, will I still receive other promotional offers?
Yes, you will still receive offers from Sephora. Make sure you’re still subscribed to Sephora emails to learn about future offers.
Curious what was the outcome for others who had the error message issue? The 1% off is supposed to start tomorrow?

Will the percentage discount be applied to a one-time TOTAL purchase amount comprised of multiple items or will the discount only apply to a single item (i.e., the most expensive item in your basket)?
