Never Ordering Online Again

I placed 2 orders on the 4th of December, well ahead of Christmas just because I knew that shipping would be hectic soon... however, I did not expect it to be this hectic! I ordered early so I could have presents for my Aunt for Christmas and now I don’t really have anything. My orders aren’t arriving until the 29th apparently. I’ve had the tracking say the 14th, 16th, and then it went blank until yesterday and told me the 29th. I cannot believe it takes so long to get my packages. I understand the whole covid situation but honestly this is ridiculous. I learned my lesson: never order from Sephora online again—better to get things in person. And if needed, gotta order things online maybe 2 months early.
