Negative Customer Service Experience

Hi All,

 

I had the worst customer service experience via chat this weekend. Super disrespectful and the supervisor disconnected me before I could respond to her comments. Does anyone know how to reach out to the corporate office?

 

As a Rouge member I am so disappointed with the lack of accountability on the part of the supervisor. For context, I was assured by the store manager that the bonus points promotion could be used multiple times. This prompted me to, I stocked up on my favorites in store and online. My confirmation emails reflected that I indeed earned bonus points. Sadly, this turned out to be an instance of Bait and Switch as Customer Service would not honor the confirmation emails SEPHORA sent me and refused to take accountability and give me the points I earned.
