Need help merging physical insider card to account

I'm not sure if the card I have is connected to this account. 
I see other conversations about it, but most of the conversation moved to the PM system instead to talk privately. 
What does it mean to download your digital card at m.sephora.com?

Hi were they able to help you? I've had a physical card for years now, and just made an online account. I would like to know if it was possible to merge them though I don't believe the same email is associated with the card as my online account.
