Nars sheer broken lid

Bought this product in store the beginning of September, just got to opening now. And the pump is stuck in the lid and I can’t even get the cap to secure back to the bottle now. 

so frustrated cause it’s a great product and it seems just a bad design! Haven’t even used it and it broke, any ideas?

I had the SAME exact problem, called customer service and they would not help me, such a waste of $50 dollars. Great product, can’t use and now will go to waste, terrible packaging.

Generally items can be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days for a refund, or within 31-60 days for a store merchandise credit or an exchange.
