Why on Earth are you guys still using the worst-rated shipping company that exists? OnTrac’s “trac” record is horrendous; the ratings are 1-star on Yelp, Trustpilot, the BBB. When will you open your eyes and see how much revenue you’re losing just in item-replacements? I just did yet another re-order because the box was marked delivered when it wasn’t. One out of every 3 orders shipped by #OnTrac is lost or can’t be found. I pay for Flash Shipping and will NEVER again order an item that is marked “hazardous” (ie some hair products) which has to arrive by Ground Shipping. Listen to the customers. There’s a petition on Change dot org; everyone sign it to help avoid lost items. Here’s to hoping.
