NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint

I need this in the shade Cuzco to live but I can't seem to find in stores on online. Does someone here know what is going on with this amazing product and why it is so troublesome to find it?

This was my favorite foundation but it seems like it’s discontinued. I checked in store Sephora & online
