My status

Hi, they changed my status from ViB to Insider for a 1$ difference. On December 29th, I went to the sephora at downtown montreal to buy an item for 15$ and because i agreed to use a 10$ (500 pts) discount suggested by the casher your system did not consider my purchase for 15$. I went back to mention it to the girl and her supervisor said they would not change my status for a 1$ and even if it does I should just call cs. But guess what? They did change the statut and cs said they can’t changed it. I would have buy something else if they didn’t say that I will keep my VIB 😭. I’m really pissed because I went there juste to buy something to keep the status. I just need 7$ purchase and I did 15$. Can someone at Sephora do something? It’s really frustrating! 😕😫
