My reviews never get posted

I have recently posted reviews for Clarins double serum, and both day and night firming cream. I attached photographic proof that I have in fact tested these products but my reviews still have not been posted. Would love to know what happened to my reviews and where I can find them. Also, how do I avoid this issue in the future?

@BeautyBestieSC, it looks like an error occurred and this has been corrected. You should be able to see the reviews on the site within 48 hours. When submitting reviews in French in the future, we kindly recommend submitting them on our Sephora Canada-FR site. You can switch to the > https://www.sephora.com/ca/fr/ site on the app or browser.

I’m having the same issue. I posted my reviews for the exact same products on March 8, 2025 and I’m still unable to find them on the product pages.

@LaurieBT Thank you for your reply and advice. I will keep an eye out for my reviews and will do my best to make sure I'm on the French site when posting reviews in French.
