My product was EMPTY

Hi. I just came back from Miami and purchased a few things at one of your Dadeland Mall location. 

Came home to where i live in the Dominican Republic, open up my packages and look what i found!! 

My expensive Caudalie serum more than half empty! I cannot go back to the store because i dont live in the US and am no longer in the country. What can be done about this>

I just realized something even worse!!! This is the prodcut i thought i was buying: the caudalie vinoperfect radiance serum which retails for 79 dollars.

What i got in the box was the caudalie thirst quench something something which retails for 49. Not only was it half empty, it was compeltetly the wrong product and a much cheaper one than the one i was charged for to boot.im attatching the receipt as well s you can see.
