My points are gone!

I purchased a bunch of things a few days ago and noticed that 500 points were deducted from my account and was added to charity? 

I was never asked if I wanted this to happen, the Sephora cashier never communicated this with me. I didn’t even know this option existed until now!

I went to the store and they asked me to call customer service, I called customer service they told me they cannot do anything the points are all gone poof! 

I contacted customer service here they told me to go to the store. Basically nobody knows what to do.

I was planning on keeping my points until I reach Rouge and really counted on every purchase I made.

I never ever complain about anything but this is very very frustrating.
