My points are gone!!

I just signed in to purchase a tinted spf and use my points for some travel samples and my points are ALL gone! I had over 2000 points saved up 😞 I’m so upset there was no notification of this. I would have used my points up!

Points only expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward or the birthday gift. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a message.
