My package was literally lost and Canada Post will not help me.

In early January I placed an order and on January 22, 2024 I was notified by Canada post that it was not going to arrive on the delivery day scheduled (Jan 22) and that it was going to be delayed.

A few days passed, and I received no notifications, and also no updates were made by Canada Post. I then sent out a ticket to Canada Post inquiring about this and a week later they replied with this. Canada Post tracking info just has it stuck on "On Its Way"

Saying that the lost package had nothing to do with their end, and I would have to contact Sephora. I need help figuring out how to get a refund or just get my package to me.

 

 

 

Pls help!!!
