My order still hasn’t shipped.

I’m posting again because I seriously don’t feel like anyone is answering my question and there has been absolutely no customer service with any sign of a resolution... I posted here yesterday and was told 10/10 my order should be delivered (not 3 day shipping). I called on the phone today and was told 10/15 ( definitely not 3 day shipping) when asking the supervisor on the phone repeatedly why I’m not getting my 3 day shipping she claimed my phone was cutting out. She could hear everything else I was saying until I asked the question about 3 day shipping. Convenient. My order was placed on the 4th! I’m rouge and should get 3 day shipping automatically. My orders should be processed right away and it’s still processing. According to the supervisor on the phone it might not ship until tomorrow. I have never had any issues up until now. Why? Why is it going to take over 6 business days to receive my order? Why was it not shipped first thing yesterday and why has it still not shipped? I’m also curious as to what 3 day shipping means now since it clearly has changed.

Okay... but can you explain why 3 day shipping isn’t a thing for rouge anymore? Because that’s my question and and you have dodged the question over and over. My order finally shipped yesterday and won’t get to me for seven more days. Seriously. Two weeks to receive my order. Stop advertising 3 day shipping when clearly it’s a false statement.
