My items were damaged

My package was damaged ! 

 

 

Hey so I normally don’t have an issue with Sephora’s packaging as much. However this time my package was poorly done. They put bubble wrap in one palette. See pictures. The one that was wrapped was not damaged. However the one that wasn’t wrapped was damaged. Was it just pure laziness to not wrap both ? I used my cash reward on it so I know if I return it, I won’t get my rewards back. Can you send me a replacement? I can return the broken palette if I know I will get a replacement. 

side note: I knew the formula was buttery and prone to breaking if not handled right based on the reviews. I don’t understand why packing wasn’t don’t right if that was the case.

Update: 

wow literally not even a full day Sephora customer service replied back to me quickly! They sent me a replacement. I am so impressed with excellent customer service.
