My gift card! Help!

Hello, I had my giftcard stolen. I spoke to an associate but they never messaged me back and J am afraid J will lose it. What do you do to assist customers who need help managing their gift cards in my situation? It seems like you do not discuss anything about anything and you bring everyone into a private message and nobody understands if you assist your customers or tell them that you cannot help them. Its very confusing to not find any info regarding this except info that kind of tells the customer that they are on their own. Well my card still has $100 on it and I need to get it reissued or ? I have no idea what can be done honestly, but will be bummed out if I cannot get it resolved before some jerk uses it when stores open in the morning. Please help!
