My delivery is not there

Hi there!

so I know it says to wait 3 days before contacting customer service but my delivery is missing.

Tracking updates say it was left at front door and as I was not home I asked my mom to go pick it up for me and there’s no box. Once I got home I just checked and it’s not there. Waiting on 2 more orders tomorrow, should I expect it then?
