My card was charged twice.

On November 14th I ordered the Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow palette, and the Benefit Roller Lash Mascara and my total purchase was $82.61. My order number was 7865766647. I have just received my bank statement for the month of November and on the 21st I was charged AGAIN $82.61 by Sephora!! I am incredibly angry about this issue and would like the additional $82.61 put back in my account immediately. I would also like to have this issue reported to someone with influence in the head office, as a quick google search has brought up several other comments about the same thing happening to many different people!! Utterly ridiculous coming from such a large company, I am very disappointed and will not be ordering online again unless this is resolved in a timely manner.

Girl, they have gotten me 2 times in 1 month, 3 times this year. I’m so over their shipping process. I got a computer generated response when I emailed about it. Customer service is a joke. They never did anything to make it right. I waited over a week for them to return $170 something to my account, which caused my account to go negative. Who paid the fees? Me!
