My card was charged twice.

The New Site asked me to resend my information so I did and they charged me twice. How can I fix that?

I ordered my package twice and my card was most definitely charged but yet said that there was still an error. How is there an error but yet my card that was charged $99.94 + says otherwise? I need both of my packages sent to the address and if not I am in need of my refund!
