My account was stolen and points

Dear [Customer Service/Support Team],

This is the second time someone has accessed my account and used my reward points without my permission. I just checked my account and discovered that since April 4th, someone has been logging in, making purchases, and redeeming my accumulated points.

They even redeemed 2500 of my points without my knowledge.

Please look into this matter and help me resolve it as soon as possible. I am very concerned because this has happened to me before.
