My Rouge account/card/points no longer linked to my account?

EDIT:  woo-hoo!  fixed!

 

I just logged in to place an order and I noticed that my points balance was missing from under my profile image in the website header. Clicking on the Beauty Insider option under the dropdown menu took me to a page asking me to sign up for the BI program. I've been BI for many, many years and Rouge since near the beginning of that program's existence. Tried to look at the Rewards Bazaar and it has everything greyed out for not having enough points.

 

Also tried to access my account through the app and had the same problem. This time when I went to the rewards Bazaar in the app, I got an error reading "BI system is temporarily unavailable. Could not obtain BI rewards for profile: [here was a 10 digit number]"

 

Help?! I have purchases to make but I want to make sure my account's re-linked first.

@LaurieBT Mine went back to normal yesterday as well and I went back to spending money as usual! Thanks for everything and Happy New Year!

Looks like it's happening to a bunch of people all within the last hour or so. I'd bet they're doing some kind of site maintenance or updates that have screwed things up, but I really hope they can fix it soon!

I’m just going to hope they haven’t mixed up our saved payment info with other accounts.. Losing points I can deal with.. Having my payment info mixed up, would be a total deal breaker..

I just clicked through to checkout (didn't complete it, just to check) and my credit card number and shipping addresses are correct, at least. And when I'm in BIC I see 'Rouge' under my name, so I'm hopeful it's just the points issue.

 

Annoying that I can't see my year-to-date spend history anymore.

Same thing happened to me JUST NOW.. 6:00 AM EST... I've also been a Rouge Member for a few years now, with over 1000 points.. Went into sephora app to notice I'm no longer a beauty insider. They want me to sign up again.. Which I'm not doing. Would hate to create a new one to cause even more confusion. Hoping this is just a glitch in their system. I'm pissed!!
