My Points Gone

I have had a really rough year due to long Covid. I had been saving my points for years, but this year was a struggle bc of missing work and finances. I am so beyond disappointed my points were taken and I didnโ€™t receive any notification. It was a lot of points. It shouldnโ€™t be a big deal to me, but the way this year has kicked my ass, even the smallest wins mean the world. Anyways. I guess thatโ€™s my rant. No way Iโ€™ll ever have that many points again

I'm sorry to hear about your points and that you didn't receive our email notification informing you that your points were going to expire! Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
