My ORDER ๐Ÿ˜‘

Maybe I should stop ordering online because my order did not even come it says delivered yet I didnโ€™t receive it. I only received my Target order but not my Sephora order yet it was delivered ? I canโ€™t believe this .. FIRST off my last order came used and now my order didnโ€™t even show up whatโ€™s going on I should stop shopping online ...
