Mold in Herbivore Blue Tansy Mask

Hi, 

 

I recently purchased and received my Herbivore Blue Tansy mask after the holidays after trying my cousins, but the one I received is very different. It's past the mossy green colour and borderline grey... it also has started to develop what looks like mold and a VERY strong chemical smell :(. Can someone help me with this?
