Hi,

When I was about to purchase some products, I noticed the order total does not add up. I also do not understand what the "credit card payment is". It only pops up when I use my gift card.

It looks like it was added correctly! The subtotal of your order, before taxes, is $138.30. It looks like you are redeeming 500 points for the $10 BI Cash. $128.30 + $9.94 (taxes) comes to $138.24. It also looks like a $30 Gift Card may have been applied. Therefore, $30 will be deducted from your Gift Card and the remaining balance of $108.24 will be charged to your credit card.
