Missing samples

Anyone else missing samples when their order arrives? This is the second time it has happened. When I contact support they offer 50 points. One of the reasons I get excited about my order is the samples. I don't think 50 points fixes the issue.

Mine is missing samples... AGAIN. I think it's about the 3rd or 4th consecutive orders missing samples. It's frustrating. That's why I haven't been shopping Sephora any more, but this recent order was the last straw and I had to rant about it.

Same! I rarely ever receive them, it’s more of a surprise when I actually do. I was really excited for the ones I picked this time though, so it’s really frustrating.

I am also missing samples and there was no packing slip which I thought was odd.

Yes! My last two orders were missing the samples. Very disappointing since I purposely ordered online instead of going in-store because I was curious about one of the samples.

I've seen a lot of comments about missing samples lately. Happened to me on my last order. I always see a  Sephora CSR saying they'll send a DM. Why doesn't Sephora either fix the issue or stop offering free samples?

Ugh I have had this happen to me as well! I opened my package today and no samples were to be found. I wish they would throw in a substitute or let us know…

Having someone select samples and then not including them in the shipment after listing them on the invoice is a shady business practice. Do better sephora. @CustomerService #vib #gross
