Missing samples yet again

Just received my latest sephora order without any of the samples I had picked and just no samples at all. This is the FIFTH time in recent months that I’ve gotten an order with zero samples and it’s kind of disappointing as I usually look forward to testing out the samples I pick when ordering.

 

I would be ok if I got different samples but I’ve just not been getting any samples at all lately 😕 

 

Is this happening to anyone else this frequently??

Happened to me too, just opened the package and samples were missing. 
I thought this only happened to me until I Googled and found this community... 😥 
Missing samples happened a lot apparently and there is no other place to reach out about it? If there is a way please let me know.

I’ve been having similar issues, my order just came in and none of the samples I entered were sent!:( super sad as I was really excited !

Me too! I received my package today and only got 1 of the 2 samples

it happened to me as well. And it around a few times so far …. . I do online order cuz I want to get samples too.
