Missing samples for 8th time in a row!!

My last eight online orders were missing my samples, so 24 in total and also my Sunday Riley UFO, so four of those in four different orders so 400 points. I called twice to customer service they would put me on hold several times, one time for 33 minutes. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars over the past 20 years here and I feel as though I'm not treated as a valued customer. I would like this situation fixed.

I had this happen to me once before. After the order, I e-mailed customer service and got responses very quickly. You'll get some standard responses to start. But if you explain the situation thoroughly, after a few e-mails you should be helped. I was compensated in points for my missing samples.
