Missing samples and birthday gift

My order arrived and it was missing the samples I selected as well as my birthday gift 😞

Thanks, Megan! But you might be looking at the order I put in after the first order's samples and birthday gift went missing. I reordered everything and will return the first batch.

same thing happened to me too ,they are apparently out of birthday gifts. if they are out of stock on the site why not put 'out of stock' I placed an order just to get the birthday gift and it never shipped due to being out of stock. ridiculous
