Missing samples again!

Sephora was good for a while that if a sample I chose ran out, they put in a substitute.  However, the last two orders I placed were missing samples again!! So disappointed! Why can’t there be a check off button during checkout that just says “please substitute samples if out of stock” or something along those lines? Perhaps some people don’t want random samples, but reading other conversations, it seems like the majority of people love to receive new samples to try new things! I end up almost always purchasing more because of the samples.
