Missing sample

Just received my Sephora order today and upset to see I didn't receive any of my samples. Not even one!! I understand that the samples I chose may not have been available but they didn't even bother to send me different ones. Was hoping this issue could be better resolved in the new 2023 new year! #customerservice

You're not the only one! I didn't receive either of my samples either - and one of the pans in my eyeshadow palette was completely pulverized, to boot!
