Missing points

I recently went jn store to purchase an item but the points on my receipt and on my app donโ€™t match is there anyway to add the points?

If you went to the store recently it can take up to 48 hours for the points to show. If itโ€™s been longer I would contact customer service but make sure to wait 48 hours first ๐Ÿ™‚
