Missing points

Hello,

I'm  missing points from the recent  Ready, set challenge.  I did the in store hair iq quiz on Oct 23.

 

I never got the 100 points.  I was hoping to use the points during the sale:(

 

I asked through the customer service feature on October 24, they said the points wappear in 10 days, but they have not:((

 

I can't see the customer service feature available in the app anymore....
