Missing points

It says I have 598 points BUT.. when I go to pick my item with my points it says I have 98!

@FARRAHF18 I can confirm you currently have 598 points! I also see that $10 BI Cash is applied to your basket so after redeeming the 500 points for BI Cash, your total would be 98.
