Missing points

Hello, I made a purchase today and when I gave the cashier my phone number that’s linked to my account she said it doesn’t exist and to post it in the community forum to get the points.

I have the receipt of my purchase. Can someone help please.

I am having the same issue. The cashier scanned my VIB card yet no points showed up on my receipt. Just a little confused on why this is. Thanks.

Never mind. I just refreshed the Sephora app. And my points were updated.
