Missing packing slip and sample

Hi, there is no packing slip and sample in my current online order, which is a little disappointing…

just want to know what if I want to exchange or return anything from the order in-store. Can I give them my order number or provide my account information? Will there be any problem?

@superAaA I'm sorry to hear that! You can print a copy of your order invoice or provide your rewards account information to make your return in store.
