Missing package

I got a notification that my package was delivered and I tapped the notification and it said delivered in/at mailbox but it’s not there and I spent my points and everything on that order this is my first bad experience at sephora

IM HAVING THE SAME EXACT ISSUE WHERE MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIEVERED AND THERES PROOF OF DELIVERY BUT MY PACKAGE STILL IS NOT HERE AND SEPHORA WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. PLEASE SO NOT ORDER FROM SEPHORA!!

@nahida678 I'm sorry to hear that!  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your registered order number or you can contact Sephora privately through Facebook or Instagram.

@nahida678 You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.

I got an email saying that my package was delivered yesterday but I was not home yesterday so just now I came to check if there was anything there and i saw nothing, my dad also said that nothing ever showed up. I spent $30 on this so I am very disappointed.

same it happened to me just now my parcel was about to delivered and it shows delivered this is my first time buying from online store but I didn't received it. even though I check with customer support team but no one helped. can u plz help Laura? this is my order id ---

So actually it was at my neigbors house! So lucky me I guess

My package was delivered early this morning while I was sleeping. When I got up about two hours later there was nothing there. I got the picture with the delivery notification but the package isn’t there anymore. I don’t. Know if it’s worth reaching out to customer service
